We currently offer island wide delivery within Singapore only.
This excludes secured military zones.

We typically deliver orders within 1-3 working days after your order has been fulfilled.

We charge a flat rate of $9.90 for delivery.
Orders above $250 are entitled to FREE delivery.

You may leave a request in the notes section when you check out.
We will try our best, however we can not guarantee that we will be able to adhere to your request.

Self Collection

Exchanges or Refunds

If you received damaged or wrong goods, please let us know at info@supplysmiths.com.
We will resolve the issue as fast we can!

In most cases, we do not allow the exchanging of items.

As we specialise in food packaging, we have to refrain from accepting exchanges due to hygeine and contamination purposes.
